1. A 50% advance payment will be required to book the package, with the remaining amount due upon arrival.
2. We will entertain only 10% over and above the guaranteed number of persons agreed upon at the time of booking.
3. Please bring your own playing stuff like volleyballs, cricket bat and ball, frisbee, etc.
4. ID Proof must be submitted by the individual for a night stay.
5. Splash Pool is available at an additional charge, and your safety is your responsibility.
6. Billing will be based on the headcount and only one package applicable in a group.
7. The package is not applicable for children and school groups.
8. Outside food is not allowed. Consumption of alcohol, any intoxication, smoking, and non-vegetarian food is strictly prohibited.
9. Booking confirmed in open-air areas is at the customer’s risk for any climatic conditions.
10. Adventure activities/camping is subject to weather conditions.
11. The management reserves the right to cancel or reject any booking if the party is found to be doubtful by any criteria.
12. The management is not responsible for any loss or damage to your goods.
13. Any damage to the property during the program must be borne by the guest.
14. Rates may change without prior notice.
15. Parking is at the vehicle owner’s risk.
16. Any disputes, if they arise, are subject to the jurisdiction of Indore.
